Kitchen Helper

Requirements

• Schedule of Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (nights, weekends as needed)
• Effective communication skills
• Clean and professional appearance
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparations, and cooking procedures
• US work authorization

Duties

The kitchen helper will

• Perform kitchen cleanup, including washing dishes, mopping floors, taking out trash, and changing fryer oil.
• Perform kitchen prep (salad bar).
• Serve food to employees and guests.
