Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

The collections specialist will

• Follow up with clients on overdue accounts.
• Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare weekly and monthly collections reports for management.
• Recognize problem accounts.

Competencies

The collections specialist must have

• Organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• US work authorization
