Corporate Controller

The corporate controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance functions, as well as managing supporting staff.

Essential Functions

The corporate controller:

• Maintains and produces financial statements and management reports.
• Implements and maintains internal controls.
• Ensures all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with financial policies and U.S. GAAP.
• Holds a key role in accounting software implementations and oversight.
• Manages financial audits and financial compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor1s degree in accounting or finance
• Five plus years of experience in the accounting/finance sector
• Management experience (preferred)
• CPA (preferred)
• U.S. work authorization
