North American Fabricators
Since its founding in 1996, North American Fabricators (NAF) has developed into
a state-of-the-art, world-class shipbuilding facility, located in Houma, Louisiana.
NAF currently employs 500 shipyard workers who build modern, highly specialized
offshore supply vessels from 190 feet long and up. NAF's first vessel delivered
was the C-Commander, the largest offshore supply vessel in the U.S. fleet at
that time, at 240 feet long and 56 feet wide. NAF's pioneering spirit will continue
with the greater challenges of new construction projects to accommodate deepwater
oil and gas production and global research expeditions. NAF continues to expand
its winning team of personnel to meet these pioneering challenges.
