Martin Terminal
In a history that dates back to 1942 in Leeville, Louisiana, Martin Terminal later
became one of the first lessees at Port Fourchon in 1976, providing fuel services and
materials handling. Founded by the late Raoul Martin, it played a very significant role
in the early days of Port Fourchon, the only deepwater port on the Louisiana Gulf
Coast. Today, Martin Terminal comprises more than 75 prime acres, featuring staging
areas, office locations, parking facilities, company dispatches, storage, and lubricant
capabilities. With the nearby C-Port facilities catering to the deepwater exploration
industry, Martin Terminal assists in serving the more traditional shelf customers.
Hourly or daily rates are charged for fuel, water and materials handling services,
which are available around the clock. Over 1,200 linear feet of operable dockside
space is available at Martin's north yard, which also provides 1,800 square feet of
office and living space, providing an unimpeded view of the primary loading area.
